ABOUT THE MASSAGE
When I hear your breath sounding like a sigh, I know that you are in "the zone." These strong, caring hands will soothe and relax you. Using a slow and sensual rhythm, your needs guide my work that I do with you. The room is warm and the table is covered with a layer of memory foam. Silence is fine during your massage. If you choose I can offer light jazz, or you can bring your own music. Your tension areas are worked specifically and then the areas are integrated with very long strokes. Stretching addresses the centers of movement (the shoulders, the lower back and the pelvis.) I use my own ecclectic style developed from experience with different techniques. As well, I can work with your injuries with either hot or cold therapies, or electro-muscular stimulation. With many of my clients coming from the traditional and alternative medical fields, as well as professional athletes and amateur bodybuilders, I can assure you of the quality of my massage. Most of my clients return. A shower is available at this convenient location in the Tower Grove Park area of the city. I work from 8 am to 9 pm only and provide exclusively an incall service.

02/19/08 This guy is the real deal. He found a space for me same day, and greeted me with a big smile and a glass of water. We talked health history and his questions were to-the-point and exactly right. And the massage itself was truly one of the best I've ever experienced. Strong hands, indeed. At times the sensation was that his hands were twice the size of human hands, they seemed to be covering so much body area at the same time. His constant check-ins to keep breathing and let go are gentle and right on the money, and his attention to every little breath or gesture makes the massage feel incredibly tailored just to you. 02/10/08 From the time I arrived Jeffrey made me feel relaxed and welcimed. Good conversation before, during and after the massage added a personal touch. He has lots of perks for the massage. The heated and memory foam pads were wonderful extras. I asked for a deep tissue massage as I work out a lot. Jeffrey has great pressure and worked my body throughout, giving extra attention to my back, as that is the area I was concentrating on the next day for my workout. Thank you Jeffrey, I'll be back.

12/21/07 I had a massage a couple weeks before finding Jeffery and it was a complete let down. After contacting Jeffery he was able to fit me in the following day and was very flexible with my schedule. When I arrived we spoke for a moment about what I was looking for, and what I was missing with a spa massage. To start his room was warm, quiet, and peaceful. I felt very comfortable with him right away. The actual massage was "Oh my god" incredible. He has such great methods with pressure, streching, and warm oils. He is very tallented in massaging Head to toe and not missing any area's that had never been massaged before that were in desperate need! When I thought the massage was over he continued on with an extra deep tissue massage on my upper back, shoulders and neck. When he was finished he draped me and told me to relax and rest for a bit. I then asked to use his shower to clean up, he turned an extra heater on in the restroom and had clean towels waiting for me. I wish I found him years ago. I will never let anyone else massage my body again besides him. It was true heaven!

07/31/06 I have extensive arthritis and Jeffrey worked with all my issues and stretched me in all the right ways that a physical technician would not know. He alerted me to the fact my neck needed professional adjustment (which I have gotten - thanks) and he gave me range of motion I have not had since I was 20 (i'm 59 now). Also, the happy endings was toe curling! I highly recommend Jeffrey to/for ANYONE visiting St. Louis.

10/30/05 This was the first time I have ever had a massage by someone I did not already know. From the moment I arrived though, I felt like Jeffrey was a long time friend. He made me feel confortable and I felt "at home" right away. I was a bit nervous at first and he picked up on that and helped me to relax by talking to me and asking me about which areas I would like him to concentrate on. The time flew by, partly because I was so relaxed. I learned to trust him right away and will definitely return again. The entire experience was much more than I expected and well worth the money - a bargain at that. I am going to recommend him to all of my friends.

10/26/05 I am used to getting good massages being from California where therapists are plentiful. The few I have had here have been mediocre at best. Then I tried Jeffrey. What a nice guy. Laid back. Unassuming. Neat. His massage room was very homey and I felt relaxed at once. He has the most incredible table I have eever been on because it has that NASA foam on it. Very comfortable. His touch was strong. Manly. Needed. He is not one to poke and chop, but provide long pressured strokes....just the way I like it. He was very attentive and ask permission if something was uncomfortable. Treat yourself to this man's touch. It is well worth it.

10/08/05 I was looking for a good massage for a while. A friend had use M4M site to locate a good masseur in his area. I googled it and found Jeffrey. I gave him a call and he was able to setup an appointment same day on short notice. He gave me good directions and once there, I was welcomed pleasantly and we talked about my problem areas. I was very impressed the amount of force he was able to apply to my troubling areas. I was very satisfied by the end of our session. I did enjoy the sensual experience and appreciated the relief at the end. Jeffrey has very good and strong hands. We talked a little after, Jeffrey gave me a few tips on stress relief techniques and parted. This was my first experience and I will definitely be back.

08/17/05 In addition to agreeing with other reviews about Jeffrey, especially his friendly greeting, his accepting and professional manner which puts you at ease, and his very strong hands which do seem to "know intuitively" what to do best, I would like to stress that a massage from Jeffrey produces lasting Results! I have been to see him three times over the past few weeks. I have much less muscle tension and more flexable range of motion. Pain in several areas has either disappeared or is much reduced. He also gives helpful suggestions on how to maintain the results. The entire massage experience is very pleasurable. He lets you recover at your own pace, shower, and the parting is as friendly as is the welcome. I highly recommend a message by Jeffrey and will be going back again myself.

08/11/05 Jeffrey was not only flexible with scheduling, but he also allowed me to shower prior to the session. He set me at ease as he intuitively found the trouble areas without much input from me. I appreciate the strength of Jeffrey's hands - it only took a few minutes for him to find the right pressure to apply. Jeffrey also assumed correctly that I was seeking a theraputic session; he asked if I was comfortable with anything further - a very professional touch. We did proceed further and I felt I had experienced a massage like no other when the session was over. I have since returned to Jeffrey several times, and plan to continue. Jeffrey even recommended a chiropractor to use in conjuction with future massages. I cannot stress enough Jeffrey's strong, experienced, and intuitive touch.

06/22/05 i had read the reviews on the m4m site, and i knew this was the man to see. thinking an advance notice was necessary, i called on sunday afternoon wanting to get an appointment for tuesday, but spoke with jeffrey and then agreed to just call early on the day i had in mind. that was my first impression of his professional manner. i called at the appointed time; i told him what i wanted, and he gave me the directions. you are greeted by jeffrey and his dog, made to feel welcome and 'at home' as you head toward the room set up for the massage session. after going over my past (knees) & current (herniated L5 disc) injuries, he determined the modalities he would use. he is VERY intuitive when applying his various techniques. i learned to let him "read and listen" to my body responses with his hands - yes kids, they are strong - and by keeping my verbal indicators down to one syllable words. too many words can and do interfere with the right brain's intentions, unlike this review. over the course of the treatment, we both were in tune - i was able to let go (to the point of sleepiness!) and trust his handiwork, and he was able to pick up on that and, in turn, his energy definitely was more focused. upon completion, i was given time to regroup my mind and body on the table, shower, and even enjoyed quite a bit of conversation before i found myself back on the road heading home.

06/20/05 Jeffery answered his phone (no "leave a message") and we arranged an appointment. His directions were easy to follow and I was at him home within a few minutes. His home is lovely-quiet and restful. He has a room dedicated to massage with a very comfortable table. After a few questions about injuries and tight spots he got to work. His hands are large and strong. His massage is fantastic. He knows the human body very well and his touch is healing and restorative. I showered and we chatted comfortably as I said my goodbyes. I look forward to another appointment when I next am in St. Louis. I highly recommend him.

06/02/05 Jeffrey in my opinion is the "Einstein of Touch". I have never had a better massage, anywhere. I don't go to anyone else in St. Louis anymore. I'd be disappointed if I did. He has a spiritual side to his touch and his conversation that are uncommon too and add greatly to the total experience. Jeffrey is gifted and able. Don't miss an opportunity to experience him. 05/19/05 I contacted Jeffrey by e-mail prior to a business trip to St. Louis. He responded within 24 hours and when I arrived in St. Louis one call was all it took to set up a same day appointment. Jeffrey gave good directions to his apartment which was easy to find. Jeffrey started out by asking about injuries or any other special problem areas. Even before i had my cloths off he had some intuative comments about my needs. Jeffrey gave a wonder, strong, full body massage. The warm oil, his soothing voice and trained hands soon earned my trust. At the end of 90 minutes by body was fully spent. Jeffrey respects the human body and understands the body-mind connection.

04/30/05 Jeffrey's soothing and relaxing personality sets the tone and the mood for a stress free spa experience. I work out 3 - 4 days a week and usually have some trouble areas, normally back, shoulder and neck. During the massage, Jeffrey always finds the problem areas, usually in my upper or lower back. He truely has healing hands. He not only helps alleviate the immediate problems, but he always has suggestions on improving posture and strengthening my center core. I've had many massages in my lifetime, and Jeffrey's massages are always the best.

04/06/05 His study is very conducive to relaxing. soft music, dim lighting, aroma. he starts by evaluation your body by light touch to see which muscles are tensed up and needing a lot of attention. He is very intuitive...meaning he gets cues from the tissue hes working at, the expression of your face and the verbalizations you say while getting the massage. This last time, I had very sore shoulders and legs from squats....he was nice enuff to get those high-tech heating pads on my back while massaging my extremities. He then switched them around. also, he was WARM OIL!! which is very important during the cold months. I come to jeffrey every time I come from Dallas. He gets writtent into my itenerary. He also offers showers and mints afterwards!!! After the great massage, I always tell him that i feel so great that I would go back to the gym immediately so I could lift some more weight anad he could get more business from me...HE HE HE. Its a give and take cycle!
