My training is in Applied Kinesiology (physical therapy). Being a former gymnast and ballet dancer myself, my initial cliental was primarily dancers and athletes. I've assisted yoga classes for 5 years, meditated daily since my childhood and am very "body aware". I train masseurs and occasionally offer 4-Hand massage. I am a healer, a therapist and an artist... My art is masterful massage.
I deeply understand and enjoy the pleasure of man-to-man touch. I love to receive massage as much as I enjoy giving it... and I give the type of massage I love to get. My touch is masculine, nurturing and strong. I work on a table and use organic lotions and essential oils. I stretch and massage your deserving body, incorporating a combination of modalities into my work. The stretches I do are unique and pleasurable. A shower is available before or after you session. I consider massage an art, and myself an artist. I'm also pretty laid back and a lot of fun :-)
ARE YOU MY CLIENT? Just as you're searching for your masseur, I'm searching for "my clients". My ideal client is the discerning, respectful man who treats himself to the "best of the best". He knows what he wants and perhaps finds it difficult to find a masseur who can live up to his high standards. Many of my clients are "known" and work in "high-profile" professions. When you walk through my doors, rest assured that your privacy will be respected.
While my 1-hour and 90 minute sessions are wonderful, if you have the time and the means, I recommend the 2-HOUR session for the most complete experience. New clients who unknowingly schedule one-hour sessions often request to extend to 2 hours (assuming I have additional time available) once they experience my touch. Most of my clients return again. MY SCHEDULE FILLS QUICKLY. Let me know what day and time work best for you and I'll do my best to accommodate your request. I look like my pictures and they are recent. No bad surprises here...

12/05/11 Best. Massage. Ever. I made a last minute call to Julian and he was able to see me a few hours after I contacted him for a 2 hour massage. He was personable, polite and professional on the phone. He greeted me at the building entrance with a warm smile and we chatted our way up the elevator to his condo which was beautifully decorated with the massage table set up in the living room (it's a friend's place that he borrows while in Waikiki). Julian is every bit as handsome as his pictures and that bod is amazing. We stepped out onto the balcony to enjoy the view a bit. Julian turned to me and said, "You get a hug". We shared a comfortable, energizing hug and then he led me back to the massage table. I was still enjoying the view. Julian is incredibly skilled and is not overselling in his ad. He used an incredible variety of strokes, stretches and body parts to relax me completely from head to toe. His knowledge and training are apparent. I've had some recent trouble with sciatica and he really focused on fixing that without neglecting the rest of my body. Awesome stretches! Julian is great eye candy and I enjoyed watching him as much as I did feeling him. The sensual aspects of the massage were delightful without overwhelming the therapeutic. We talked and joked off and on throughout the massage. Julian also has a great sense of humor. He is a bright and interesting man who knew to take his conversational lead from the client - keeping up the flow when I responded and letting me be quiet and lose myself in the sensations when I chose to do so. Some masseurs don't know how to do that, either babbling on when you're not wanting to talk or coming off as unfriendly or uninterested. Julian struck just the right balance. I opted for a 2 hour session and recommend you do the same. The man worked HARD the whole time without a complaint. Julian is sweet, skilled and sexy. It was a great experience and I'm walking on air. Best. Massage. Ever.

12/01/11 This review is seriously overdue, as my last appointment with Julian happened months ago, but the experience still seems as fresh as the day it happened. To begin with, I saw him after a trans-continental flight that was FIVE HOURS LATE! I was a total mess, mentally and physically, after all that time in an airplane seat. My back and shoulders were toast, and I could feel a migraine coming on. Not only did he wait for me (5 hours late, remember … although I did notify him upfront as soon as I learned about the delay), and not only was he as sweet and as welcoming as if I had arrived on time, but the massage was extraordinary. He is an exceptionally skilled masseur. I get therapeutic massages regularly because of recurrent neck and shoulder problems, so I am very experienced with real massage and VERY critical in evaluating masseurs. Julian is tops. By the time I got off his table, all the stress of an 11 hour (!) captivity in an airplane seat, all my tension and knots (and the incipient headache) were gone … replaced by calm and relaxation. This was a really, really good, genuine, therapeutic massage. Because of my delayed arrival, the appointment went well beyond midnight … yet his energy, enthusiasm, and smiles never flagged for an instant. As far as “incidentals” are concerned, I first had the pleasure of a massage from Julian five years ago and, amazingly, he has barely aged a day since then. As impossible as this may sound, he looks way better than his pictures … a total knockout, and in perfect physical condition. Because I had booked 90 minutes, there was ample time for both the therapeutic and erotic portions of the massage … and the latter were as wonderful as the former … and electrifying beyond anything that I had imagined, or have experienced since. The only “problem” with Julian is that he has totally and completely spoiled me for life, both because of the quality of the experience, and because he is just a delightful, friendly, warm, and genuine guy. If I lived near his home base, I probably would not be writing this review, because I would want the opportunity to go broke hiring him as often as possible.

11/27/11 To say this was simply a massage is misleading. This was beyond any massage I have ever experienced. I have been a Spa Director for many years at 5-Diamond resort spas and know the difference. Julian's work was a "massage" of my spirit, my soul, my mind, and my heart. I have recently been thru a very bad patch in my life as well as dark and difficult times in my childhood. My time spent with Julian completely changed my perspective on what I considered dark and bad in my life. He brought light to those times and opened me up to truly see myself for the first time,in an amazingly positive light. I entered my session with him not realizing how depressed I had become and left with the most brilliant light and joy in my core. For the first time in years I am excited to experience my life again, or rather for the first time! My time with Julian is better discribed as a life altering therapy session. Much Mahalos!

11/27/11 Julian is what his advertisement describes. I'd suspect that you could search and never find a more charming, talented, worthy masseur. Julian is timely, respectful, talented in his approach, personally and professionally. His hands aren't the only tools he utilizes in a massage. He's well versed in using his body for pressure, leverage and a balance of touch and feel. Einstein himself couldn't find a more appropriate balance for the experience, massage, connection and cognitive stimulation that Julian provides. Julian's experience is clearly evident but it's also impressive that he's humble and personable considering his tremendous condition and ability.

11/03/11 Words cannot describe the places where Julian was able to take me in my last massage. He is intuitive, gifted, and responsive. I'd gone through a particularly rough week and he worked to bring me past some tough emotional moments through powerful and sensual massage. His hands on my body achieved a breakthrough in my spirit. This sounds corny, perhaps, but it was so much more than just a massage (or worse yet a back rub). If you are looking for a massage that goes beyond the normal and brings you to a state of bliss and peace...then schedule some time with Julian. You won't regret it.
