ABOUT THE MASSAGE
Thanks for checking out my ad! Yes, I use a table, and I am available for both in and out calls. I really enjoy giving an excellent deep and relaxing massage - my techniques blend deep tissue and swedish; however, I incororporate my own unique sensual and energy-healing elements. The depth and intensity are usually on the deeper side, but I can also offer a more gentle approach if you prefer. I have unusually strong hands, I'm friendly, down-to-earth, outgoing, smooth, preppy, clean-cut, in great shape, and with no attitude. Starting with just thumbs, finger tips, then knuckles, and eventually arms and elbows, I work on your whole body, with focus first on the upper half of your body working on the neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back, along the spine, legs, feet, rhomboids, supraspinatus, piriformis, and the gluteous maximus. After starting with lighter strokes, and working from the floor, I like to move into deeper motions by getting on top of you, and using my natural bodyweight to produce deeper results. Pick out music that helps you unwind, and I promise to take you to another world during your massage. I use either hypoallergenic biotone cream or silicone, which is neither an oil or a cream, and conducts body heat and energy excellently, and soaks into the skin like a natural moisturizer. I can pace the massage between 40 minutes to 2 hours depending on your needs. Feel free to inquire about any other questions or requests you may have, and I will make every effort to tailor the massage to you! If you get my voicemail, you can usually expect me to call you back within 2 hours if I am going to be available on that same day. 24-48 hr notice by email is recommended, but feel free to try me for last minute too. 09/18/11 Easy set up via email. Professional and welcoming from the start. Great technique. Uses his whole upper body. Strong but gentle at the same time. Good stretching too. I absolutely floated away. Plus, he is sexy with that shirt off.

08/16/11 Wow! Doug is not only a talented masseur, he's very sweet and handsome, as well. I immediately felt right at ease. Doug's technique is deep and strong with a nice amount of movement and stretching. This was a really great massage from head to toe....nice attention there, too! I loved it!

07/06/09 I sent Dougals an e-mail the night before via the massagem4m.com website seeking an appointment for the following day depending on his availability. He called me back in the morning around 10:00 am and offered a 12:30 pm appointment. Perfect!. We never actually talked until we met at his home...everything was voicemail as it turned out, but he was prompt on his calls. I arrived at the agreed upon time, he took me to the room where the table was and I was asked to prepare for a massage. Douglas set about immediately to his wonderful talent...he is classically handsome, has a natural body, a sweet, gentleness about him, but don't be fooled...this man can give one heck of a massage. His hands are like divining rods for tense muscle groups...he has this uncanny ability to zero in on the muscles that need the most work and extra effort. He uses his entire body as a tool and the experience is almost ethereal. Suffice to say the massage is technically satisfying in everyway. Once the back massage is complete you are asked to turn over and the gentle, sensual side of Douglas is on display. There is nothing about Douglas that appeared to me that he was "going through the motions"...I was very impressed and in my experience, there are not a lot of REALLY good massage guys out there. Douglas is at the top of my list and I will be seeing him again.

01/24/09 Doug gives a perfect description of his massage in his profile. It is exactly as he describes. He is a very handsome man and a musician. His fingers are very strong. His approach to massage is unique and very effective. However, he has added an element that defies description. Most other massage therapists will end by lightly touching your body from head to toe then leaving you on the table. Not Doug...oh no. His "process" takes you from the massage world to a new level of relaxation. I truly look forward to my next visit with him.

11/10/08 I called and left Douglas a voicemail. He called me back very shortly and we set up a time for the next evening. I got to his apartment and he was helpful in helping me get into his building. When he opened the door, he looked even better than his picture. He sent me to the bathroom to get undressed and I lay down on the massage table. The massage started nice and easy with light strokes. When he climbed up on top of the table with me to use his body weight for deep strokes it felt absolutely heavenly. My body keeps stress in my shoulders and upper back and he did the absolute best job of relieving that stress of any massage I've ever had.
