I am a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) with 20 years experience. I have been working on and off for most of those years learning and perfecting my massage work from many experienced teachers and masseurs.
I work on a wide 32" table (heated on cold days)
I use Biotone Deep-Tissue Massage Lotion (no oil)
I also have a bathroom and shower for your use.
My massage tecnique combines my famous Glute Massage Work (for lower back pain and Sciatica) IT Band work, Firm Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports, Thai on Table and Streching. (4 hand massage available with 24/48 hr advance notice normally)
My focus is massage, but sensual touch is available to be incoroprated upon request.

01/08/12 From the time that I made my first e-mail contact with Blair, he was extremely diligent about responding and letting me know that he was out of town and would not be back for several days. Upon his return to Los Angeles, Blair made contact immediately. We followed up with an e-mail dialog that ended in the set up of an appointment. Blair was quick to respond and would answer all my questions. I felt very comfortable making my first appointment. When I met up with Blair for my appointment, he made me feel very comfortable right away. He took me into his massage treatment area, where we took time to discuss my pain points as well as any injuries I had experienced in the past. He also gave me the opportunity to ask him any questions I had of him. After getting a thorough understanding of pain points, Blair got me set up on the table for what became an excellent massage experience. Blair advertises himself as the "glute master" and I can attest to his strong hands across my lower back, glutes and IT band. Upon the conclusion of my massage, Blair offered up the opportunity to shower or rinse off as i might feel necessary before getting ready to head out to work. Without a doubt, I will be booking additional appointments.

01/02/11 Blair is truly amazing! I have had many different massages and he really knows what he's doing. He stands out above all the others. He knows how the body works and how to fix it. He is not a clock watcher. He is warm, considerate, and was contanstly checking in to make sure I was ok - and reminding me to breathe through the painful parts. He would explain to me how things work with my body and had suggestions as to what I could be doing differently. I left feeling like a different person and can't wait to return. He is worth every penny and I can't say enough wonderful things about him. Trust me - you need to see him - especially if you want a deep massage.

09/10/10 Having gone to a number of different masseurs around LA, I can confidently state that Blair is a gem. When I arrived at my appointment, he immediately put me at ease. We chatted a bit so he got an idea of what I was looking for in the massage. He then offered me some bottled water and asked if I needed to use the private bath that was attached to the massage room. Once I was settled on the table, he started out with some gentle stretches, which I desperately needed, and then he started working the muscles in the back using moderate to deep pressure along with hitting trigger points that I didn’t know existed. He concentrated on every part of the body but he did focus a large percentage of the session on my glutes. As a long distance runner, I have an extremely tight lower back along with glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves. By the end of the massage, I felt completely relaxed and all of my knots were gone. Blair was very concerned about my comfort level and adjusted the pressure level accordingly. We also did some breathing exercises and more stretching throughout the massage. Afterwards, I took a nice hot shower and headed off to a dinner meeting feeling fantastic. A day later, I still feel terrific!

03/10/10 Emailed Blair a few days prior to my appointment. He responded quickly and was able to work with my late schedule. Directions to his place were very easy and straightforward. Though parking is restricted on his street, it was very easy to find just a couple of blocks away. Blair uses some very good yoga type stretches that really make you feel great! He really knows how to get all the knots out, and takes time working the entire body. I have not had a massage as good as his in a very long time. If you need a good deep tissue muscle massage, go see Blair if you are in the area...highly recommended.

- I graduated from IPSB Massage Institute in California. I have been doing massage for over 20 years. I am often told I give one of the best massages in town. I am a native Californian, though accused of sounding like I am from the South. I have an easy going sense of humor and really enjoy giving a great massage.
