A few days before his arrival, he emailed me with the dates and times for appointments, and I emailed back the date and time I preferred. When I arrived, he had the room all set up—dimly lighted and warm. His greeting was equally warm and very friendly. He put me at ease immediately. Kyle has a great outgoing personality, with the ability to draw me out of my reclusiveness, no small task for most people.
