Well i use all kinds or pressure to get out the knots/crystals that may be in the various muscle groups. Am quite perceptive to problematic areas and will heal according to where needed. Have been working for myself mostly am told constantly I'm good. Also believe in stretching out a lot and generally focusing in on problematic areas.
