About Jim's Massage
Skilled full-body massage. I like to infuse techniques from an array of massage modalities into a flowing Swedish/Circulatory massage. Influences from Thai, Cranial Sacral, Sensory Re-patterning, Trigger Point and Deep Tissue increase the overall experience.
My goal is to create an outstanding session with deepness of strokes limited by your preference, and "delicious discomfort" (that good kind of muscle soreness that feels great). So deepness occurs gradually as the tissue lets me in, and sessions typically involve visiting body areas several times, and w/ different techniques. I specialize in the hip flexors / lower back (the connection of the lower body to the upper) using some very unique and powerfully effective techniques. Many of my clients come to me especially for this focus to relieve sciatica, lower back issues, sacral soreness, etc. However, my goal is to deliver a balanced session for the entire body.
I’m an NCBTMB certified MT, so what I offer is an outstanding, skilled massage experience. My style tends to be naturally sensual, but nuances can be adjusted to your liking. It is much appreciated when you can reserve ahead.

Easy to schedule via e mail then confirm via text. Easy address to find. Parking no problem. Space was tranquil. Massage was awesome, transcendental, perfect, sensual. I loved it! Jim is a great guy and makes you feel at ease. He is special.You will have no regrets.

First, let me say this review is overdue. A few days after my appointment, I was caaled out of town with a family emergency. So, my apologies to Jim! Now, about my session. When I called him it was easy to set a time that worked for both of us. I arrived on time, and he greeted me warmly with "Welcome" and a big smile. He has created a very nice studio space in his home. He asked me to get comfortable on his table, asked me a few questions regarding trouble areas and kind of pressure I like. He started with a lighter touch all over; as if to map my body and to read it. He then started working deeper as I had requested. But by then he already knew where to start and just how much pressure to apply. He skillfully and confidently worked my entire body. Reading each of my moans of pleasure and allowing that to be our 'conversation'. I felt an immediate connection with him which isn't easy during a first session; either for the therapist or the client. I get massage on a regular basis, at least every two weeks; for over 40 years. But, because everyone's style and work is different I like to have at least two different masseurs. Jim is one of the best I have ever met and I look forward to working with him frequently in the future. Not only is he a quality bodyworker, but I found him to be a quality man. Very kind, caring and giving. I am only sorry I hadn't called him sooner. By the end of our session, he had melted every knot in my body, including many I hadn't even felt when I went in. After giving me a few minutes to stay on the table, he started a shower for me. And, on my way out he offered me a bottle of water. But, wait, he had six different waters for me to choose from; including still and sparkling!! As I said above, I very much look forward to seeing him often in the future. I couldn't be more pleased with the work or the man himself. I rate him a 10 but only because I can't rate him higher. Thank you Jim, very much!!

What a great find…FIVE STARS! *++ It has been quite a bit of time in between masseurs. Working on the computer daily causes excessive stress in my lower back and neck. I knew looking for a professional masseur was a challenge- From the first contact on the phone to book my appointment; I knew Jim was a warm and caring professional therapist. He put me at ease by answered my questions about the types of massage treatments. When meeting Jim at my first session, I felt very comfortable and at ease. He is a very nice guy and has a wonderful personality, gentle demeanor, very easy on the eyes and a fit body (you have to meet Jim to adequately describe him). His private massage studio and adjoining shower setup was very tranquil and beautiful. Jim takes his time, ensuring that each area of the body is touched, alleviating knots and stress areas. His powerful and skillful hands, intense focus on my neck and back, assisted stretches and sensual strokes was remarkable. His luxurious massage table was heated and comfortable. To end the session I was offered to use the beautiful shower, luxurious towels and various types of exotic waters—what a spa treatment! I definitely look forward to more sessions with Jim! The whole experience was awesome and sets a new professional standard for other masseurs in San Diego.

Jim is very talanted, 5 star space and technique, seemd way more than his 3 years in his Ad.............a gifted man, i went expecting to do hour and ended up asking for 90 minutes when i saw his setup and felt his touch he gave me more pvt bath and very central and easy to find cant wait to go back to San Diego!
