I have been going to Mike for a couple of years now. I was searching for treatments beyond the massage. Mike offered the treatments that I wanted - body scrub and body wrap. My session starts with a massage. This includes a regular massage, plus stretching. The next thing is the body scrub. This is really fantastic and helps your skin. The solution that he uses has sugar granules in it. After finishing this, I take a shower to rinse off the solution. Now I get back on the table for the body wrap. He rubs the body with a great oil and then you are wrapped with a sheet of plastic. He places a blanket over your body and you lie there for 20-30 minutes. After the unwrapping, you get another shower. It is an amazing 2 hours. You should experience it at least once. I'm sure that you will want to repeat. You will never find a better therapist.

i was recently on a trip to orlando and decided to set up a massage appointment with mike, and i'm still thanking myself 3 weeks later! it was a great experience from start to finish. the massage was first rate and the most relaxing and enjoyable i've ever had. he had a big table, nice music playing, and different scents in the room. after a regular massage, we did the body scrub. i've never had that before, but will add it again next time i call mike. i had no idea what to expect from it but it felt great on my skin, and left it feeling great afterwards. now as for mike, what an amazing guy! this guy is sincere, knowledgeable about his work, and he made me feel totally at ease during the massage. great hands! great smile too - ha! he is a class act. i can't wait to call mike again on my next visit to orlando!

Michael was prompt and responsive to all my inquiries in setting up our time together. He also followed up with me after the massage which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. It's the time on the table that I really enjoyed though. All the reviews that came before me are on target with what I experienced so I won't repeat here. What I will focus on here are three things: Ashiatsu massage, the massage lotion he uses and his personable nature. From the moment I arrived, I felt cared for. We had engaging conversation during the first half of my massage. I too work in health care and am involved in the healing arts, so I enjoyed chatting about mutual interests. After about 30 minutes or so though, I was in my massage zone and he was focused on his craft. Words were not necessary. He let his hands and feet do the "talking." I was able to drift in and out of bliss. The music he selected also really helped. (I've since ordered one of the CDs he used so I can use it in my meditation practice.) One observation: I didn't request any particular music; it's like he knew what I needed without even asking. Next, the lotion: he mixes his own and the texture and scent were heavenly. I didn't want to shower (and I don't mean that to sound gross) but the lingering scent of the massage lotion and oil he used was a really nice way to stay in my massage bliss. Finally, Ashiatsu. I've never experienced this type of massage before but it was exactly what I needed to work out some of the tightness in my backside. We human beings tend to carry "stuff" in our bodies, or as a friend who is a Reiki practitioner says, "the issues are in our tissues." Michael's Ashiatsu massage gets in there, but not in a painful way, and loosens stuff up. Afterwards, I felt calm, relaxed, a bit spacey and nicely energized all at the same time. If I lived in Orlando, I would definitely be one of Michael's regulars. Alas, it's nice to know that I have a place to land when I'm in Orlando. Don't hesitate guys to schedule a massage with Michael. It's worth every dollar.

Best massage I've ever had. I've now had three appointments with Mike and each session is better than the previous. He is a true professional and I would highly recommend him. There are less expensive options out there but you get what you pay for in the world of massages. Mike is worth every penny. Not only is he a very skilled massage therapist he is a very pleasant/professional man who makes you feel totally comfortable and at ease from the moment you meet him. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a massage with Mike. You won't be disappointed.

I visited with Michael a few minutes prior to the massage, he placed me at ease and excused himself while I disrobed and got ready on his table. His studio is incredibly and nicely decorated, lighted with candles, and the best massage music I've ever heard. (I so much enjoyed the different tunes, I now play them in my office lobby, they are nice and relaxing as is Michael.) The strength in his hands surpassed all other massages in my past. It's a must to check out his website, it's professional, clarifies all questions and relieves you of false expectations. Michael is the first professional to actually stand on top of me, while using his handles secured in the ceiling, to provide the depth of trigger release I have never experienced, except by my chiropractor, who I left in Seattle. Michael is very friendly, and I look forward to a long relationship with him on a professional level.
I thoroughly enjoyed our time together and i'm looking forward to connecting again sometime soon. Thanks for the positive feedback it's much appreciated! :))
