EXPERIENCE: I have practiced massage therapy for about ten years. Over that time, I have learned many different approaches to healing and touch, and love using my intuition to select the right touch and techniques to make my clients feel renewed, and closer to the Bliss that is within everyone. Helping someone to remove the stress and strain that covers up that bliss is my joy and life purpose.

I employ a variety of techniques and create a wonderful space for healing to take place. For deep tissue massage, I use my body weight, elbow, knuckles, and concentrate intent to heal at a deep level of the body. Occasionally, acupressure is used to release trigger points. To offer the best in Swedish massage, I use focused kneading and then soothing longer strokes to release what has been kneaded, and to help the client feel whole. Stretches and rhythmic movement of arms and legs leave the client feeling fully relaxed and extended. Finally, to enhance the overall effect of the massage, and to tailor the session to the individual mind/body type, I use either unscented oils/cremes or the appropriately scented (aromatherapy) oils and creme, healing music, and breathing guidance. Almost every new client says "Great hands" very soon into the massage.

All in call clients rest on Luxurious Memory Foam Tempurpedic Padding on top of an already comfortable massage table. To prevent the discomfort of clients when they are facedown, a special curved and memory foam padded headrest is used. A private shower is also available. Thanks!

09/02/10 I travel to Tallahassee on business often, and in the past have not been able to find a good massage therapist. Well the dry spell has ended, as I saw David's ad on MM4M, and thought i would give him a try. When i called him i got his voice mail - but he got back to me within the hour. He was very friendly over the phone, and we were able to work out a convenient time for both of us. He has a nice, clean, and very comfortable massage table, and secure location that makes a client feel safe. David is a very smart, personable certified therapist that makes you feel at ease when you walk in the door. I was very comfortable stripping down, and climbing on to his massage table. David helped me with my tension, and stretching exercises to aid me with tight muscles, as i work out often. David never hurried, and took his time giving me one of the best massages i have ever had. I will definitely be seeing David anytime i am in Tallahassee and happy to recommend him to others.

08/03/10 I've been experiencing some personal emotional issues and just felt the need to have a great deep tissue massage. Boy, did I pick a winner! David answered my call on my first attempt and was polite in asking me what I was seeking and setting up a convenient time for both of us within 1 1/2 hours of the initial call. The studio was a convenient location and I felt welcome once I entered the door. I've paid much higher prices for what I thought was a good massage. David gave me a real deep tissue massage, so I paid him what I would have paid @ a day spa. It was quite a professional experience and I will be a regular client from now on!

11/14/09 David is excellent. Easy to find location, great studio w/shower, wonderful table. Pleasant personality and makes you feel comfortable. I could not believe my time was up but all good things must come to an end. I drifted in and out of sleep never being concerned about my safety or what he was going to do next. David is very professional and I will see him again! When I arrived I was unsure of a draped massage or un-draped. However after meeting him, I felt secure enough to go un-draped and it made for a great massage and without all the constant sheet adjusting I've encountered a few times. My regular MT is almost impossible to see so I decided to try David and am glad I did. Great technique, the right amount of pressure and good conversation. I am a straight, married guy with kids and have back problems. Between work and travel stress I need some occasional pampering. While I initially was hesitant, because of all the perceptions of a male on male massages, and the things that go on, I kept a relatively open mind and am glad I did. This massage was totally above board and like I said, at no time was I concerned about what was going to happen. I highly recommend David - period.

06/01/09 I have had many massages before, but this is the first time I have been compelled to write a review. David is an incredible massage therapist with an intuitive technique and an indepth understanding of the human body. He has a great positive spirit and creates a very relaxing atmosphere. David's studio is very well appointed complete with shower facilities. The entire experience was extremly positive and I hope to be back again and again.

05/15/09 WOW! I can truly say this was the best massage I have ever had. I first sent an email on Wednesday before the appointment and he answered all of my questions within several hours. I later called and made an appointment for the following Friday afternoon and we were all set. He called me the next day and said he had an opening for earlier in the day and wondered if I would like that. I was impressed that he would do that for me. I took the earlier appointment. His place was easy to find with the directions he gave me. The conversation was great at the beginning and then as we got further into the massage, it went by the wayside. He used lots of massage cream that felt absolutely wonderful. The pressure he applied was excellent. David managed to find the places that were the most tender and managed to work on them until I felt like I could relax. The stretching excercises were great too. I walked away feeling like I had a complete overhaul and was ready for the world again. I highly recommend David. He is very professional and gives a great massage.

He now attends Graduate School at FSU, and provides truly nourishing bodywork to the folks in Tallahassee.
