Your Masseur ID is a number that is assigned to you when you create your ad. This is the most IMPORTANT thing you can remember and the easiest way to get help from us is to give us this number. Your masseur id number can be found on the dashboard page of the Masseur Login or at the very bottom of your ad. It is a 5 digit number, with no letters.

To get to the Masseur Login, simply click the "Masseur Login" option in the main menu above or go there directly by typing this address into your web browser; http://www.massagem4m.com/masseurlogin
If you are having issues logging in, please first check that you are logging into the Masseur Login and not the My Favorites Login. When logging in, you must use your full email address (ex. andy123@domain.com); only entering the first part of your address (andy123) will not work. Last, please double check you are using the correct password; if you are unsure of your password, simply click the forgot password link below the login form.

Why is my city not on your site?
We list EVERY CITY where we currently have massage therapists. If your city is not here, that means we do not have any masseurs in your area, if this is the case, suggest us to your local masseurs. If you are a masseur and you would like your city aped to the list, please contact us.
These are given to anyone who participates in the Select Masseur Program. If a masseur has a staff review, it means they have been reviewed by a knowledgeable member of the MassageM4M staff.

How do I prevent my phone number from appearing in search engines?
Our programming staff is currently working on a permanent fix for this issue. In the meantime, we have come up with an effective temporary solution.
A great temporary fix would be to replace the numbers 1 and 0 in your phone number with the capital letters i and o. When we change your phone number to letters, this tends to throw off search engines ability to read your phone number.
This temporary fix can only be applied by our customer service staff. To have this feature implemented, please contact us at support@massageM4M.com with your request, along with your 5 digit masseur ID number.
When first signing up on MassageM4M.com, you are given an option to create a username. Your username is the name that we use to build your website link to your ad. For instance, if you choose jimmym as your username, your ad link will be http://www.massagem4m.com/jimmym.
Please note, if you do not choose a username at the time of your signup, our system will generate one using your name.
To update your username, please email your current username and your new username to support@massageM4M.com.
Please also include your 5 digit masseur ID number with your submission.
We understand that due to various reasons, sometimes downgrading your ad is a necessary option.
Because downgrading your ad requires our staff to manually update your rebill rate and billing dates, the only way to downgrade your ad at this time is by contacting our billing department at support@massageM4M.com or at 888-899-9513.

How do I become a certified masseur?
To become certified, simply log into your masseur account and click on the "My Profile" link. Once here, you will have the opportunity to upload a certification under the "Certified Masseur" section.
Please note, all certifications undergo a verification process and will remain pending until our staff has determined your certification is valid.
How do I cancel or place my ad on hold?
Your massage business is just that, a business. And like any business, it can be effected by all kinds of unforeseen circumstances.
We understand that this could sometimes lead to you temporarily removing your ad and in the unlikely chance that you decide to cancel or place your ad on hold, we are here to assist you.
Because cancelling or placing your ad on hold requires our staff to manually stop your billing, the only way to cancel or place your ad on hold at this time is by contacting our billing department at support@massageM4M.com or at 888.899.9513.
How do I upload a private video?
Uploading a private video to your ad is a great way to make extra money on the side. With the Private Video Program, clients pay to view your video and you receive a commission on every sale that is made on your private video.
Uploading a new Private Video is a very simple process. To upload your video, please login to the Masseur Admin and click "My Private Videos" for upload instructions. If your video is an extremely large file, you may need to contact us for alternate upload instructions.
***Important*** Please make sure to include your masseur ID number in your video file name (14242jerkoff.mov). Please also contact us at support@massageM4M.com to ensure we have successfully received your submission.
Once your video has been uploaded, that's all you need to do. We will then review your video to determine the appropriate title and price.
Please note, that some videos could take up to 14 days to prepare and in some cases, we may notify you to provide us with a better quality version of your video.
How do I upload a private photo?
Uploading private photos to your ad is a great way to make extra money on the side. With the Private Photo program, clients pay to view your nude/erotic photos and you receive a commission on every sale that is made on your private photo album.
To upload your private photos and start making money today, please log into your account and select the "My Private Photos" link under your masseur links. Here you will have the opportunity to upload your first private photo album.
Please note, most private photo albums are priced at $1.00 per photo. For instance, if you decide to upload 5 photos to your private photo album, the typical price for this album is between $3-$5. If your price exceeds our recommended price structure, our staff will reduce the price of your album. Our staff may also increase the price of your album if we believe it could potentially earn more revenue for you.
How do I receive payment for my private photos and videos?
Getting paid for your Private Photos and Private Videos is actually a very simple process.
So, you've uploaded some hot new private photos and videos to your ad, and you notice that you've earned some major moola. Whats next, you ask?
Well, to start receiving monthly payments, we would just need three documents from you. A signed affidavit form, a completed W-9 form, and a copy of your government issued ID, like a drivers license or passport. Once we have your documents on file, we will begin sending you payments.
To get started on receiving your payments, please complete the documents listed below and send them to us within 15 days from the date that you first uploaded your photos and videos.

How do I change the address for my private photos/videos payment?
Because of tax purposes, we will need an updated W-9 form every time you change your payment address.
To update your payment address for your private photos and videos, please fill out the W-9 form located below, and send it back to us at records@massageM4M.com or by fax to 310-388-1314.
Please also include your 5 digit masseur ID number with your submission.

We generally respond to all email inquiries within 1 business day. If you do not receive an email response within 1-2 business days, it is most likely because your email provider has marked the message as spam and moved it into your spam folder or blocked the email entirely.
