Thanks for an incredible massage and all around experience Jay. I had been under a tremendous amount of stress lately dealing with family issues and I just needed a mini 90 minute vacation, so to speak, to relieve some stress. Jay was recommended to me by a friend who had seen him before and I was not disappointed. Keep the great smile and approachable personality going man.

I have been to see Jay twice in past couple of months and each time i have been pleasantly surprised by his polite manner and the way he makes me feel relaxed and comfortable before beginning the massage. The atmosphere was wonderful, the music and lighting soothing and the massage made me feel like i was walking on air.Before leaving i even got some helpful tips on stretching. If you want a great massage Jay is your guy.

Contacted Jay by text to see if he could squeeze me in on short notice for another great session, was not sure if he could because I had always scheduled appointments at least a day in advance the three previous times I had seen him. Thought I'd give it a try as my lower back was acting up again and I found myself in need of his magic hands and his healing touch. Much to my surprise even though he was on his way to the gym, he changed directions to accommodate me which I found very endearing. As soon as I was on his table I knew I was in for another great treat and he did not disappoint. My very best regards Jay and see you again soon.

Contacted Jay by phone to see if he could squeeze me in on short notice and much to my delight he could and I was on his table a few hours later eagerly anticipating another thorough working over. I have seen him a few times before and I'm always impressed by the consistency in the quality of his work and this time was no exception. He immediately went to work on my problem areas and then other areas but always returning to the problem areas every few minutes till I was completely stress free. I love the light oil he uses sparingly, which moisturizes my dry skin yet does not leave me feeling all oily and greasy. Thanks again Jay and will be seeing you soon!

I contacted Jay by phone to see about an appointment, luckily he was able to fit me in in a few hours. I was going out of town on a business trip the following day and really needed some good kneading on the many tension knots on my upper back. When I arrived, his charming smile and wholesome demeanor was an unexpected added bonus but what really left me speechless was his uncanny ability to identify problem areas and go to work on them. I experienced an aspect of bodywork I had only experienced a few times in many years of getting massages and this was the emotional release that can come with truly excellent bodywork. There was no doubt in my mind that I was in the presence of an energy worker who had an innate understanding of the body's energy system. I mentioned this to him at the end of the session and he explained to me that emotions are actually energies in motion and how sometimes emotions can become stuck in the body due to blockages caused by tension and as the tension is released, so are the stuck emotions. I felt like a new man and ready to take on the world again and will be seeing h!im again in the very near future.
