ABOUT THE MASSAGE
I am currently NOT IN NYC. You can email me to set up future sessions, I return February 10th. From now until January 26th I am in Northern California and will only be meeting people for sessions if you rent a room at Harbin Hot Springs or some other hotel near where I am staying.
My sessions are mutable: ask for what you need. Good body work where you're just receiving... or something more interractive where you're working on specific issues, physical, emotional or otherwise...
I am happy to work on Any Body type; Any Age. I have lots of experience (through desire) on BIG bodies. Bears, Chubs, Daddies, and Muscle men: Because I really enjoy working on large bodies, I generally work longer: more body to work on. I've gone over four hours when the situation is open to it... express what you need. I'm very flexible
I am an Artist: I see Massage as an Art as well, the body is my medium and I treat the experience with reverence. I give slow and detailed sessions so both of us enjoy our time together. I enjoy exploring with my hands, listening with my heart, finding with my breath. The focus of our session is to connect with eachother. Through the body I aim to bring each client to feeling whole in himself and unified with the world. My style is based on loving: I learned how to massage as a way to heal my parents, friends and lovers. Instead of working on a table, which creates too much distance and abstraction for me to feel comfortable, I work on a mat on the floor (or a bed, if I come to you). Some say this reminds them of Thai massage: I incorporate many stretches, and use my whole body against your body to help ground your tension, thoughts, feelings -- and create space for you to relax into. I am empathetic and mostly just work through whatever I feel, but I also encourage communication. A full session with me is three hours, but in our current economic climate I generally get hired for two hours. I suggest that is the minimum for "full body", but can work for any length of time on any part of the body or issue you request. I give discounts to regular clients and surcharges to late-night sessions. Unless otherwise requested, I prefer to work naked, with you naked, so as to feel natural and open together. My intention in each session is to make you more present in your body in a loving way towards your self and the world. The session always includes lots of body contact, soft caresses, slow deep stretching and theraputic detailed deep finger, knuckle, elbow work combined with soothing, loving, intimate presence and connection. I use various forms of energy alignment/healing like polarity, shiatsu and reiki, qi-gung and yoga. Though my style is generally considered "deep" i can work lightly on request.
I am based in New York City, in northern Manhattan, Washington Heights. When I travel to other cities, I nearly ALWAYS stay with friends so rarely can host. I'm happy to come to you or meet at a rented place

02/05/10 I had encountered Dominic's ads on another site and the late writing of this review is due only to the fact that I accidentally encountered his ad here (02/05/10). I found his personal sites to be imaginative, sensitive, and overpoweringly sensual and was anxious to meet him and take advantage of his healing ministrations. Flying a good part of the day to Newark, renting a car, then finding Dominic's domicile in Upper Manhattan seemed to give me pause, but several days prior to my arrival, Dominic suggested I simply stay at his place overnight after our very lengthy massage session which was very generous (and, I've discovered, quite typical) of him. Dominic forms an immediate bond with his clients and his psychological intuitiveness is as empathetic as his massage techniques. Lying on my back on a mat on the floor and simply letting Dominic take control, as it were, was one of the most liberating and transporting experiences of my (ahem) very long life. I felt at one with him immediately and felt no qualms at putting myself in his hands - literally. One feels there are no secrets with Dominic and the sharing we enjoyed as masseur and client was truly enriching - ennobling, in fact. I will make every effort to see him on my next trip back east and would not hesitate to meet him just about anyplace else as far as that's concerned. He is truly a man with gifts on a host a fronts, someone wise beyond his years.

12/11/09 A totally relaxing, supportive and healing experience with a very genuine, intuitive man who knows what he's doing and then some. This was MUCH more than the standard massage: the session involved stretching, kneading, massaging...I don't know how many techniques Dominic knows, but he must have used them all in the course of our time together. I have never had my body worked so thoroughly or lovingly. I felt immediately welcome and at ease with Dominic in a warm, funky atmosphere where at times there was easy conversation, at other times silence broken only by a sigh. This was a sort of transcendent experience, totally unlike any massage I (or I'd venture to say many of you) have ever had. Dominic is easy to contact, is quick to respond and apparently doesn't own a clock. Infinitely worth the trip. (I'm going back next month to give myself a birthday present!) Sensual and fun. Therapeutic and healing. Remarkable.

09/09/09 dominic is magic.he is 200 percent present and completely in the moment and intuitively skilled at the art of massage.he is a pure artist and completely unconditional in his approach.he is genuinely a very happy content individual and i enjoyed my session with him immensely.they totally broke the mold with this man.he is a wizard and beautifully evolved human being.i would love to see him again.

05/28/09 Dominic responded to my inquiry both via email and telephone. His communication was alway friendly and easy. We arranged for an appointment at my house. I am a CMT myself and had my table set up, but he preferred to work on a floor mat. Dominic looked even more handsome and sexy in person than in his pictures. He was very easy to get along with right away and after checking in with who I am and how I was feeling, we began our experience together. I have been in a funk due to some gnarly growth periods I'm having and Dominic attuned to this energy and responded on many different levels. The sexual charge between us began immediately so this energy was always present in our time together. Dominic was able to blend both the erotic and therapeutic beautifully and naturally. This is important to me since a lot of my physical problems are a result of growing up with body image issues relating to my perception of my sexuality. We got to know each other pretty well and it was very easy to trust him. I have rarely run into younger men who are devoted to and attracted to men of my age and body type so it took me a while to really let go with him. His patience seemed everlasting and his ability to be fully present for the entire time was a gift of spirit. He did superlative bodywork and energy work. I believe I not only found an amazing massage therapist and healer, but I made a friend who I look forward to seeing again as often as possible. Dominic is a good man who is on a spiritual path that has had some fascinating twists and turns. He is a great conversationalist and knows how to be silent and hold space for others as well. Do not hesitate to book an appointment with him.

- Dominic has been giving massage since he was a young boy. He learned from working on his mother, then friends, then lovers. He got his formal training at a massage school commune in Northern California combining his intuitive experiences in energy healing and massage into a formal style.
