ABOUT THE MASSAGE
Hey guys..My name is Chris and I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist in NY State and Los Angeles, Ca.. I'm also a graduate of The Swedish Institute of Massage here in NYC. I have 15 years of experience working in gyms (Equinox, The Printing House, I ran a Sports Massage program at Crunch NY and LA), sports clinics, spas (SpaSun NY, Burke-Williams LA, incredibly high request rates), as well as with private clients. I'm offering a vigorous, deep, aggressive, head to toe, real Sports Massage. My work is skilled, strong and connected- a combination of Shiatsu, Deep Swedish and Thai stretching. I work on a table out of my place off of Union Square which is clean and a shower is available. I only do two massages a day, so I'm always at 100%. I'm 5'11", 170lbs.- a fit, nice guy with big, strong hands. I work hard, I never rush, I know what I'm doing, I care about what I'm doing and it will be time and money well spent! 05/30/09 Pick Chris. Period. Best massage I've had in years, bar none. His massage was so good and so deep that I was zoned out for 2 hours after the massage with my head in the clouds. Completely and 100% professional in every way and his mixture of specialized massage techniques and stretching was stellar. I have found my NYC massage guy and I can't be happier about this discovery.

02/24/09 I needed a deep tissue massage to help deal with a sore shoulder and picked Chris because his ad sounded like he could do the job. WOW!!! did he ever!! His hands are like steel - strong and firm - and his technique is direct and professional. While I'm sure he has different pressure variations depending on his clients' requests, I asked for "maximum pressure" and he did not disappoint. And just when I thought it couldn't get any better, he began a series of stretching exercises that tested my flexibility to the max. Even a chriropractor couldn't have done a more thorough job. By the time I left every muscle felt like it had been broken down, rebuilt, and reinvigorated. Don't let the good looks fool you (he is really hot by the way)this is a serious professional who delivers the BEST MASSAGE YOU'LL EVER GET!!!

08/20/08 Chris is excellent. He's an extremely well-trained, sensitive, nice guy who responded to all of my needs during our massage. I had some specific things I wanted him to work on, and he was very thorough in addressing them; afterwards, he was solicitous and asked me if the massage was restorative. He was generous with his time, creative in his method, and he made me feel very relaxed and totally comfortable. Chris has a great touch and I recommend him completely without reservation.

07/20/08 Getting an appointment with Chris wasn't so easy; it took a few phone calls and some schedule juggling for both of us. To his credit, he was incredibly kind and engaging over the phone, with a sexy and kknowing voice, and it kept me engaged, hoping to meet the real thing. And finally, on one hot NYC Saturday afternoon, we were able to arrange a session - and it lived up to every expectation. Chris was handsome, smart, engaged, really alive - we talked for a while before I climbed on his table and I felt, as the cliche goes, at ease with him instantly. And the minute he touched my body, I knew he knew exactly what he was doing. Chris' work was deep, intimate, thorough - in a very legit way - I felt his presence and his committment through the entire massage. Deep thereapeutic work, lots of needed stretching, no part left untouched (again, legit work here!), so that my toes, ears, arms, knees - everything was covered and everything felt like new when he was done. I fell in and out of a mesmerizing sleep while he worked on my back, and I could barely keep my cool when he worked the insides of my legs. Chris made me feel like a king, like I was the only thing that mattered during that session, and I could feel his training and focus in every stroke. He really was a master and his hug at the end of the session was divine, loving, and genuine. he was amazing, and if you're in NYC, you should seek him out for massage, ASAP - but remember to book ahead. Chris can be a little tough to schedule, and rightfully so - he's a massage god.

06/23/08 An upfront disclaimer: 1. I do not know Chris and had never met him before this evening. 2. I am not a friend of Chris' who is writing a terrific review to drum up his business. 3. I hesitate to write this review since I'd rather not make it even more difficult to make another appointment with Chris. We did have to work around our schedules to find a time that was possible to schedule an appointment and spoke by phone a few times. At one point he was out of own, and than I was out of town. And tonight we found a time that worked to meet him at his apartment. Simply put, I found Chris to be a marvel. Quite incredible, actually. I have had great massage experiences before, and I unreservedly say that he ranks among the very, very best. He's thoughtful, kind, funny, generous, (yes and handsome, as well), and exceptionally hard working. His training and experience are abundantly evident and his technique as stated - Deep Sports Massage - is strong, gifted, and thorough. He's a man of his word. Chris absolutely knows what he's doing and my experience of his work and the strength and qualities of his touch transformed my mood, completely elevated my spirits, and left me slightly dazed in the best possible way. Thank you Chris, I look forward to making another appointment soon.
